Precautions

Also, those who are allergic to propranolol tablet, should not take it otherwise they may witness symptoms of an allergic reaction which includes the swollen tongue, trouble breathing, itching, hives, swelling of face or throat. You should not take this beta-blocker drug if you have a severe heart condition, including heart failure.
