Lipvas 10 mg
Atorvastatin Lipvas 10mg belongs to a family of drugs called HMG CoA reductase inhibitors or ‘statins’. Atorvastatin lowers levels of low density lipoprotein or LDL (considered as the bad cholesterol) and triglycerides in the blood, while increasing levels of high density lipoprotein. High levels of LDL can result in stroke, heart attack, and other heart complications in people with diabetes, coronary heart disease, or other risk factors. This drug is primarily used for the treatment of Dyslipidemia and the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
