Retino A 0.04% Micro Gel
Retino A Micro Gel 0.04% is the clinically approved product for acne treatment. The microsponge delivery system allows the retinoid to be released from microsponges into the skin. It is introduced to give local effect or to enter into the systematic circulation.Retino A Micro Gel is useful in preventing the accumulation of excessive medication within in the surface layers of the skin. It has higher efficacy and lowers irritation rates as compared to Rein A formulation. It is extremely effective for people with oily and sensitive skin types.
Active component of Retino A Micro Gel
The formulation is made up of tretinoin, which is a well-known active pharmaceutical ingredient for treating certain types of acne. You may need to continue with the treatment for several weeks to see improvement in the overall appearance of your acne. Usage information of Retino A micro Gel
Apply Retino A Micro Gel once daily, preferably at bedtime enough to cover the acne affected area. Make sure that you thoroughly clean the application area with a mild cleanser and water. After patting dry with a soft towel or tissue, begin applying the preparation, take a pea size amount on your fingertips and gently spread into the affected skin area where acne lesions are present. Lightly cover the affected area with medication.
Exercise caution while applying the gel on the affected area around the nose, eyes, and mouth. Also, avoid applying on easily irritated or broken skin. An excess amount of medication can run into the eyes and other areas hence avoid using excess medication, use it as instructed by your dermatologist.
The gel formulation is not meant to be applied on the skin where you have skin issues like eczema, open skin lesions, or severely inflamed skin. After washing the skin in the morning, apply a moisturizer to prevent irritation. It is recommended to apply a sunblock before stepping out in the sun. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays, wind, or cold should be avoided while using the tretinoin preparation. Try to wear protective clothing to avoid exposure to the sun rays. Keep using the gel for 8 to 10 weeks to see visible results.
