Triolmezest 5/12.5/20mg combines Olmesartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide for the treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure). Triolmezest CH 20 mg tablet contains Olmesatan 40 mg, amlodipine-5 mg and hydrochlorothiazide-12.5 mg. It helps lower high blood pressure and reduces the chances of future heart attacks and stroke. The triple-drug combination of the anti-hypertensive drug is for the improvement of patient compliance while treating hypertensive patients.
